No 3 Times a Week!
4 hours is way too long. You can get a great workout in 20 mins.
Hello,
A common misconception people have with weight loss is that they base everything off of a diet.
Yes, you will lose weight if you lower your calorie intake, but truthfully, that is not the only thing you should do. If you are serious about losing weight you need to exercise. A 30 minute intense workout is all you need to get that metabolism skyrocketed!
You actually burn off your fat sitting down when your metabolism is high than just going on a diet or exercising for 8 hours a day.
To answer your question, weight loss is a life style and there is no simple fix to it. Some people have it easier than others, but everyone can lose weight. You just need to stay focused and give it your best effort without cheating. A 30 min workout 5 times a week is much better than 4 hour workouts. You do not lose your weight from the workout itself, but from the metabolism increase. You lose the weight from sitting on your couch having your body heal.
Christmas is a little more than a month away, but I can promise you that if you work diligently at exercising (all you need to do is a 30 min intense workout every day or 5 times a week), and watch your calorie intake, you will lose anywhere from 7-10 pounds in the next month.
My only recommendation is that you check out, sign up, and take a look at the free complimentary weight loss e-course.
