If it takes 3 workers @ 40 hrs/week = 120 manhours. Then it would take 4 workers at 30 Hrs/week to do the same amount of work. Plus we’d get overtime pay after 30 hours instead of needing 40 hours before we get ovetime!

My wife is from Japan and works for a Japanese travel agency. They don’t pay overtime and expect her to work saturdays without pay. They did not tell her this until after she agreed to work for them. They even tried to get me to sign some paper in Japanese saying I would pay the company back any money my wife may cost the company due to her mistake(There was no way I would sign it). All this is in the state of GA. Any resources that I can turn to in order to see if this legal?
