i.e. An employee works 10 hours Monday through Thursday with Friday off. What happens if this employee decides they want to take Thursday off as well, as a vacation day? Vacation days are only worth 8 hours, not 10.

Do you require employee’s to work a regular 8 hour, 5 day schedule for any week that they wish to take vacations?
